All Processing Suspended

If you are stuck running an application engine program through the process scheduler with a message like this:

All Processing Suspended: Restart OPRID=PS, RUNID=PS, PI=12345 (108,503)

Navigate to:

PeopleTools > Application Engine > Manage Abends

To clear out the abended app engine process - matching the relevant process instance.
